The critical thinking and theories around communication and stakeholder management have been the most applicable to my day-to-day work, and have greatly assisted in defining projects scope and controlling costs across several projects. Being able to more thoroughly communicate and relate to the stakeholders to provide transparency is a consistent goal of mine, and one that produces benefits throughout the organization.
